White Sauce Penne Pasta with Madhulika Saini. Pen down the recipe

It’s Thursday and we cannot wait for weekend to enjoy some good food. Young Jaipurite, Madhulika Saini, enjoys cooking as much as she loves her business studies.
“If I have a food craving, I don’t expect some restaurant to please it. I prefer cooking something new on my own” – says the young 22 year old.
Today I am preparing white sauce penne pasta, which my cousins love to eat. I hope you will love it too. Let us begin with the list of ingredients:
1 cup pasta, 2 ½ cup water, oil, salt to taste.
For making the white sauce: 4 Baby corn, 2 tbspn butter, 1 tbspn oregano, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, 1 big chopped onion, 1 capsicum chopped in long thin slices, 2 tbspn wheat flour (maida), 2.5 cups milk, ¼ cream, 100 gm cheese.
Boil the pasta in water adding some oil and salt to it, so that it doesn’t stick to container.
For the white sauce, let’s put some butter in the pan and heat it. Add chopped onion and sauté till it turns golden.
Add rest of the chopped veggies in the pan after this. This includes – capsicum, baby corn. You can add spring onion, mushroom and yellow capsicum too!
Add oregano and fry well for next 3-4 minutes.
Add maida to these cooked vegetables and heat it for 30 seconds.
Put salt to taste, black pepper, chili flakes.
Finally add milk and cook for 5 mints.
Now transfer the boiled pasta in this white sauce. Add the cream and cheese to it and heat it for approx. 5 minutes or so. Make sure the two things mix well.
To garnish – put some left over pieces of raw capsicum and cheese over it.
I will invite my cousins from upstairs and let us together enjoy eating it!
