We believe that breastfeeding is not just the mom’s job where she has to feed the baby but a joint effort of the whole family. Our partner Aura Thai Spa also adds to these efforts with its unique mother care therapy. Together we are doing a fun photoshoot with the beautiful family who will pass on a very encouraging message to the Jaipurites: “I Feed Breastfeeding!”
So if you have just welcomed a cute little baby in your home, board the pram and let’s start this journey. But first, let’s meet the family.
Megha (mother):
I am enjoying this period and consider it the most important stage for my doll. Mother’s milk is irreplaceable. Filled with all the essential nutrients like carbohydrates, fat, vitamins, minerals, digestive enzymes, etc; I think this is the best food a baby can get during initial days.
Vishal Goel (father):
Being a naturalist, I was always in favor of Breastfeeding, in spite of many suggesting otherwise. We depended on Breastfeeding exclusively for the first almost 6 months for Yagyaa. I believe that it is healthier both for the mother and the baby. I read that Breastfeeding has been linked to higher IQ scores in later childhood in some studies. That means a topper daughter! Haha. And also the actual experience, the physical closeness, skin-to-skin touching, and eye contact; all help the baby bond with the mother and feel secure. I really wanted all of this for Yagyaa. I am glad we chose breastfeeding.
Neha Gupta (aunt):
I am a mother of twins but not for a second did I think breastfeeding is a tedious task. I understand its importance very well. Touchwood, my both kids are healthy and I give credit to my proper breastfeeding to them. I think this process is healthy not only for the baby but for the mother as well. While it helps strengthen the immunity of the infant, makes the bones strong, brain smart and keeps the illness and allergies away; the mother gets to take extra care of her food intake, hence making her body stronger than ever.
Manu Jain (uncle):
I can’t wait to see my toddler niece grow into a beautiful strong lady. I am glad my sister knows the basics that are shaping up Yagyaa’s brain and body. Moreover, I have read somewhere that the occurrence of certain types of cancer is reduced in mothers who breastfeed. Wonderful, isn’t it?
Nana ji:
This milk is the healthiest of all. Longer breastfeeding is associated with better mental health all through childhood till adolescence.
Nani ji:
For me, the experience of breastfeeding will also remain special. I am happy to see my daughter doing her job as a mother so fabulously. I already cannot wait to see Yagyaa transforming into a healthy girl.
Dadi ji:
Breastfeeding is the start of this beautiful bond between mother and child – called as the emotional attachment. While the child gets the sense of security while the mommy is overloaded with her limitless motherhood love. I know Yagyaa’s attachment with my daughter-in-law is not unmatched.
