This 6-Year-Old Girl From Tamil Nadu Is Dope At Skateboarding

I’ve never been fascinated with skateboarding, but this six-year-old skater, Kamali Moorthy from the town of Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu has caught my attention. A little too tiny, eh?
Legendary skateboarder posted a picture of Kamali on his Facebook page on June, 25.
The post has gone viral and has been shared over 6300 times. The commenters were awestruck to see the mad skills Kamali possesses. Kamali also happens to be an amazing surfer. The photographer Jamie Thomas was introduced to Kamali through a Chennai-based consultant named Aine Edwards.
“I had known Kamali since she was three, and saw that she had gotten better at skating over time. I knew they [Thomas and his team] had to meet her then,” Edwards told BuzzFeed.
Jamie is also a profound name in skateboarding. He was taken aback by Kamali and even taught her some tricks of his own.
“How could I not take a photo of her, she’s amazing and charismatic with so much passion for skating,” Thomas told BuzzFeed.
Thomas was so amazed by her skills that he left her his own skateboard.
Kamali, we hope you continue to awe the world with those dope skateboarding skill that you possess.
