What It’s Like To Not Love Your Body

If I ever had a conversation with my mirror, this is how I imagine it to go:
Me: Mirror, mirror on the wall, whose is the hottest body of them all?
Mirror: Definitely not yours, fatso!
I’ll give you zero points for guessing what I’ll do to that mirror for shattering my confidence. Yes, I’ve been too conscious of my weight all my life. At some point, every person on earth has been insecure about their body. We all have googled the diet charts of our favorite celebrities, youtube aerobic sessions, and risen early in the morning to practice yoga for achieving that ideal “hot bod”. On an average, a woman experiences about 13 negative thoughts regarding her body each day.
BuzzFeed brings to us a really amazing video which does so many things to watchers’ heart. Before you read further, I’d suggest, you check it out first.
While cringing about our flaws, we overlook the gorgeous things we already have. Trust me, you have that one thing to make others envious of you.
So shun that frown, put on the brightest of your smiles, take a deep breath and let me break it to you in shouty capitals! YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL!
