These Women Were Presented The Padma Awards’16 By Pranab Mukherjee Today!

This morning, President Pranab Mukherjee has presented the Padma accolades to 56 out of the 112 distinguished personalities who were declared as the awardees on the eve of Republic Day.
And we are so proud to see these women fly with glorious colors:
Padma Vibhushan awardee:
Yamini Krishnamurti, the renowned Kuchipudi and Bharatnatyam dancer.
Padma Bhushan awardee:
Saina Nehwal, the commendable Badminton star.
Padma Shree awardees:
Deepika Kumari, the talented archer.
Gulabo Sapera, our very own Rajasthani folk dancer.
We’re eagerly waiting for the remaining 56 eminent personalities including Priyanka Chopra and Sania Mirza, to receive the honor which will be presented to them next month in an exclusive function.
