For the longest time, I’d decided how I’d make an entry during my sangeet. Usually, women do it by dancing on a cutesy, romantic song with the groom. As awesome that is, I wanted something different.
So this woman just jumped out of my dream and made it happen. Detroit-based ‘Dulhan Brass Band’ members, Akshaya and Sriram got married in Bengaluru, and their wedding was legendary. Why?
They performed “Blackest Eyes” by Porcupine Tree on stage. It was supposed to be a surprise for everyone, and since almost the entire band was present, they thought, why the hell not?
Now, that’s what I call a badass wedding! Dear future husband, we’re so doing this! (Or, I will chop you off into pieces, pretty please?)
