WALK 2014
Mrs. Archana Surana, the founder of Arch Academy of Design, introduced the concept of Mentoring Walk in Jaipur 4 years back. Primarily initiated by ‘Vital Voices’, this walk is meant to form an enriching bond between established and budding women leaders.
This year, though, the walk is happening all around the world on the same day – March 8, commemorating International Women’s Day. And hence, the walk this year holds great importance.
Taking place in Jaipur, renowned Women Mentors will start the walk on the 8th morning along with the women mentees. On the way their motive is to talk and make bonds with each other. The mentees will ask questions and in turn the mentors will guide them. These questions may vary from business, woman’s attitude, leadership qualities, handling staff, entrepreneurship, education, balancing life, etc.
