The disciplinary action on the Govt. employees having more than two children has been removed. There’s one thing that didn’t change, though. They will still be forbidden from taking promotions.

As per the Rule 25 (C) of Rajasthan Civil Service Conduct Rules 1971, “At any time on or after 1.6.2002, a government servant, who has more than two children, shall be liable for disciplinary action.”

The rules will debar the employee for ACP and DPC promotions, for the next five years.
