You’ve read our innumerable articles and features, but only a few of you have met us ‘out in the open’ when we’re busy taking interviews or carrying out campaigns.

I’m sure you’re wondering: What really goes behind-the-screen?

Everybody knows how much JWB girls value their comfort. (For those who come down to the office, it’s so not a secret). One is most likely to see us typing away in a pair of leggings and loafers, sipping quietly on green tea. Thanks to our lady-boss for giving us the ‘Beautificient’ challenge which says ‘when you feel more beautiful, you are more efficient at the workplace’. So here go the looks to look out for:

Fall’s go-to print, the Leopard Print, is Ana’s favorite. To make sure it doesn’t seem too loud during the daytime, she balanced it with a nude skirt. #MEOWsome
Anvita rocked the geek-chic look in those high-waisted palazzos and crop top. I like the interesting mix of digital and floral prints in her pants.
Aanchal decided to go indie with solid colored kurta and wide-legged palazzo. To look more creative, throw in a piece of statement neck-piece.
Forgive me for that look, I was teasing the photographer. Anyhoo, here I’m wearing palazzos with the Ek Taara indigo dyed Kurti. Of course, with my fave top-knot!
In the end, let me tell you about the look I personally liked the most. Komal went on to create a faux dress look with a long printed shirt tucked inside the neon skirt. #Winner
