TOI Has Just Crossed Another Level of Tharki-ness

‘Do anything to grab the eyeballs’ – this is the new mantra of some media houses. Even if that involves damaging someone’s dignity.
Today, our very own Times of India reported how Kate Middleton’s dress flew in the air while she was offering prayers at the India Gate.
We wonder, how can the accidental lifting of the dress and skin-show that happened is a NEWS for them! (Remember the shameful time when TOI created a headline about Deepika Padukone’s cleavage?)
Seriously, is all this worth reporting? And even if it is for you, dear TOI, don’t you think the headline could have been a little polite? ‘Kate’s Marilyn Moment At India Gate’? WTF.
Check out how people all over the country are reacting to the national newspaper’s rather questionable work ethics:
And this is Times of India’s another shameful moment
