VIDEO: This Short Film Talking About An Autistic Girl & Her Sister Is Heartwarming

Y-Films recently released a short film which briefly takes us through the relationship between an Autistic girl and her sister plus a date.
The video gave me all the feels in the world. I love how beautifully it has captured the emotions of the Autistic girl. She has her own unique way of expressing what she wishes to say.
The film “The Big Date” is the brainchild of Ankur Tiwari and features Saba Azad, Rhea Chakraborthy & Mohit Marwah.
I think that I can relate more closely to the video, after my visit to Autistic children at Umang School, on the occasion of World Autism Day. Remember how those kids at all didn’t want to communicate and maintained their distance. They say that the Autistic are socially impaired. Even if so, they are gorgeous human beings.
There’s a lot we can learn from them, though. Society doesn’t matter, and gratification at a very personal level is very important to them. For some of us, who concentrate more on log kya kahenge and pretending to be who we are not, they can obviously teach us a lot.
