Blackout Tattoos, An Alternative To Laser Tattoo Removal? I Hope Not

Singapore sure knows how to go wild! They’re lately opting for a ‘covered-in-all-soot’ look, that looks black-astic! If you don’t sense sarcasm yet, please stop reading.
Chester Lee of Oracle Tattoo shop has come up with a cheaper alternative to laser removal of the ‘Ted Mosby’ tattoos. For those of you who don’t know, a Ted Mosby tattoo is the one you got when you were ridiculously drunk that your hookup’s ex-boyfriend tattooed a butterfly on your lower back.
Chester created Blackout Tattoos. I honestly would prefer laser removal, but what about you?
