Business Lullabies
In association with Sheroes.in and DPS Jaipur, ‘Business Lullabies’ will speak the plight of mothers who are on a sabbatical period because of baby-care. The woman has to take a break from her work when she is pregnant, nursing the infant till he/she grows 2 or 3 yrs old. Such aspiring women when try to get back to work, is not welcomed with open arms by the corporate world. Reason – they think the sabbatical has led to an end of the zeal in these women. They presume that such women now have their kid and family as priority and not their career, which is wrong.
This is not true in case of the most of the women and sadly, they have to face stereotypes at workplace. Our project is a try to alter this very narrow perception. And toddlers themselves will become advocates of their Mommies.
