17 Y.O Aashi Kabra’s Wardrobe Is Ambitious & Cape-acious!

Aashi Kabra was basically over the moon when I told her that JWB was willing to capture her in all the fashion-diva glory.

Aashi is a senior in MGD Girls’ School, Jaipur and aspires to do something spectacular in the fashion field one day.

Her wardrobe, at a glance, looks like it has been through a series of sinister tornadoes. The real treasure lies in the contents. Aashi has a massive collection of all the latest clothes such as stylish one pieces to pencil heels that will give you a shoe bite but enhance your walk to that of a graceful jaguar.

Her wardrobe may constitute a bit of everything but for that one day, she focused all her attention on wearing outfits that involved capes.

Capes have been one of the most rapidly picked up fashion trends in 2016. The reason is that they are cozy, and you can snuggle up.

To get a dramatic effect, you can also choose to wear a below knee cape that trails behind you and while that happens; you can act all histrionic!

Above knee capes with ripped jeans and a funky hat is also a desirable outfit.

Aashi’s first look was a silver-grey, plain one piece which was paired with a ruffle cum cape in the front. She wore light pink wedges and some dare-devil looking sunglasses. Her handbag went really well with the whole outfit.

“This is an immaculate outfit to wear to a Sunday brunch. It is neither too much nor too less for an event,” Aashi states.

Her next outfit was a darker shade of pink with the cape in the back this time. She paired it up with the same colored palazzos, and the black stilettos added all the grace and poise to her personality.

Her third outfit enabled her to look like a Princess right out of an Indian fairytale book. She wore a plain kurta as an inner over which she chose to wear an embroidered cape. The star of the outfit was the golden dupatta which was supple and accentuated her whole traditional look. Her cape was dominated by a series of Potli buttons as well.

“This outfit is highly suitable for any family gathering,” Aashi tells us.

Her Vogue-ish tendencies have been bubbling and surfacing to the surface for all the time I have known her.

Racking her brain for picking the most appropriate outfit for a day out or a family gathering has been her thing for a long time now.

She is incredibly passionate for shopping. Her eyes light up whenever she steps in clothing stores; it’s almost terrifying and entertaining to witness. If shopping were a real job, Aashi would be a laureate in it by now.

Capes are the most trending thing today. They could be a chic addition to your wardrobe.

What do you think? Are you ready to embrace the Cape Culture yet? Let us know.
