This Cartoon Strip Tells You How Rapists Are Born

Remember we told you about this survey revealing the shocking ration of ‘Rapist Is A Stranger Vs. Rapist Is A Known Person’?
The report contained studies done on 644 FIRs reporting sexual violence, filed between August 2008 and July 2015 by the Mumbai Police. It showed the ratio of known vs. stranger rapists – In 9% of cases the accused were strangers. In the remaining 91% the accused were known persons.
Now, watch this short graphic piece by artist Baba Sashank that will visually explain you this analysis. It will also tell you HOW a rapist is born. Reason? Watching the objectification of women happening in his house and in the movies, topping this with the inattention of our lawmakers.
