We’re not some grumpy women fighting for our rights. We’re a crazy bunch of men and women who, while researching about women from around the globe, write fun and informative blogs. Every day, we travel to the Jaipur city to meet women and listen to their inspiring stories. Trust us, we are the friends women love to call home and chat with, and we’re the samurais who walk with our pen-sword to fight the big bad wolf called the narrow-minded society.

All you need is some ground-breaking marketing abilities in case you wish to work with our Marketing Team. If you want to fetch a place in our Writing Team, you must be wielded with a firm command over English or Hindi language backed with the knowledge of women-related issues in India and abroad.

Anyone who believes in gender equality, irrespective of the gender, is invited to join Team JWB. All we expect is an enthusiastic and creative You when it comes to work, and compassionate & sensitive when it comes to various social issues. During your training period, if you’re able to win the hearts of Jaipur Women, we might even hire you full time! Yay!

We provide training for the duration of one month, three months and six months.
