Here Are 5 Types Of People You Will Find At The Jaipur Literature Festival

Hello folks! The JLF season is upon us. Before you go “AAAAAAHHHHHH”, you should know that there are five kinds of people you will find at the Jaipur Literature Festival.
Are you one of them, or do you stand apart?
The Intellect
There are many among us whose intelligence we underestimate. And then BAM, we find them attending sessions at JLF, asking questions, making notes, getting their books signed, and suddenly the bubble bursts.
And, strangely, their intelligence seems rather sexy:
And what’s more? Their questions are intelligent. Maybe, they were just as much of intellects earlier, but their wisdom faded behind our fart noises.
The Dream Client
This one wants to buy everything because JLF! The colorful shops, blue pottery, designer clothing, and hold your breath, lots of mirrors to check themselves out.
Ab JLF aaye hain to kuch toh kharidenge hi.
These people are like angels in disguise to all the sellers. However, demonetization forces me to ask myself if it will be the same this year.
The Jaadoo
The entire purpose for them to visit the Jaipur Literature Festival is simple.
The sessions are running, there are a couple of musicians plucking their guitars to happy, summery tunes. Even though the mix of aroma from the food stalls is enough to give them therapy, the perfect balance between food and dhoop is the objective of their lives.
Anyone have a burgasm, yet?
The Forever Alones
Let’s face it. JLF is a khazaana for the singles. So yeah, the singles leave home with their most expensive pairs of sunglasses, that Zara leather jacket, and most importantly, “the book”,
The girls make sure their hair is well-kept, the red lips are speaking the loudest, and their cat eyes do two very important jobs: MAKE a statement, & make sure no one’s noticing where their eyes are fixed.
“Arre, JLF ke chore yaar. Such cute boys!”
And before you know it, *snap* you’re in love. *Droool*
The Selfies & Check-ins
The ones whose January memories from last year on Facebook are full of JLF Check-ins are the next kind. Remember, if someone’s clicking a #SelfieWithAStick, or typing #NonStop on their phones, it’s possible that they’re attending #Facebook #Sessions at #JLF2017 #JLFSwag #SunnyDay and have also witnessed #InspiringSessions.
Their #SelfieWithGulzar, because why not, are flooding all over Facebook, too.
Nonetheless, all of them are an essential part of the Happiest Place to be in January: Jaipur Literature Festival. Have you spotted any characters?
