Tao Porchon-Lynch is a 98-year-old Yoga Master who’s inspiring the world through her yoga moves and zeal for life.
In 2012, Tao was registered in Guinness World Records as the Oldest Yoga Teacher and has also written her autobiography, “Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master.”

Interestingly, she learned yoga in India when she was a child and went on to become a famous model in America.
