This Japanese Woman’s Bread-Art Is Breathtaking

Ever heard of Bread-art? No, right?
Meet the Tokyo-based baker who works under the name of . She creates flowers, animals, and other things on the bread loaves. She says the drawings on the bread are inspired by her son’s drawings and are made with natural flavors and colors like spinach, cocoa, etc.
What she does is remarkable because it’s not easy to create shapes on the baking dough as after baking the loaf puffs up. No one knows her technique, but it must be something which would require precision and detailing.
