Model-turned-actor Cara Delevingne is one helluva woman. She posted a video on Instagram urging women to speak openly and without fear about their vaginas.
She’s fronting this year’s Lady Garden Campaign from the Gynaecological Cancer Fund.
The campaign’s aim is to remove taboos surrounding vaginas so that women open up and address important issues related to it. For example, vaginal infections and their sexuality.
She told The Sunday Times’ Style magazine, “There’s a taboo surrounding vaginas and I just want to get rid of it. It’s part of our anatomy. It’s beautiful. I think everyone should be comfortable being naked because everyone’s body is beautiful, no matter how different they think they are. This is about saving lives – there’s no time for shame.”
