City Trainer Charvi Recommends These 4 Exercises To Fight The Festive-Fat

Before you start cribbing over the weight that you’re going to put on after attending all the Diwali parties and relishing on the delicious feast, STOP!

City’s health and dance trainer, Charvi Bharadwaj, who claims to be as big a foodie as we are, says it’s incredibly easy to lose those mini love-handles.

“I am going to hog on the mithai like no one. Enjoy a guilt-free Diwali, folks, and just follow these four easy exercises at home to quickly lose the extra fat that you will accumulate in these days,” says a winking Charvi.
