Misogyny kinda runs everywhere in our world, which is why, it has also seeped through the web space. Abusing and threatening women on the internet have taken its shape as a trend, and it’s high time we do something about it.
Women speaking their minds out are treated as targets for humiliation. They are casually threatened with gang rape, murder, and violence.
Last week the hatred plummeted to dangerous new depths. AICC spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi was threatened with “rape and death like Nirbhaya”.
