Rakesh Roshan: “I don’t think people will accept Superheroines”

During a recent interview with Hindustan Times, Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan said something meaningless.
“If I have a superhero in my film, then I can have a ‘superheroine.’ I don’t think I can make a female-based movie, as I believe the audience won’t accept that.”
Rakesh has made superhero movies like Krrish and Krrish 3 (which were, well, a hit) and is now preparing for the next part in the series. Sigh, somebody tell this man how big a sexist he sounds here. Oh, see! This woman already did:
