CHALLENGES ENJOYED BY WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS
‘Women Empowerment’ has become a global term and nowadays this idea is increasing so rapidly. Women are starting their own business to seek greater control over their personal & professional lives. Indian women has come a long way to become the bread winner, though at times its her choice while sometimes it because of circumstances.
Money has been always a sensitive issue in financial scenario of Indian homes where man has been trusted as sole provider for ages. But nevertheless, she is shedding stereotypical perceptions of her at a fast speed and walking down the un-traversed paths. The entrepreneurial activities in women are not yet flourishing as there are problems apart from socio-cultural constraints that are affecting women in Business. These are as follows:

However one can become exactly what one likes to be with a combination of consistency, fortitude and the ability to get things done. The best way to say this is with a Paulo Coelho quote:

When you’re compelled towards certain goals of the soul, and when you approach these goals by honouring and following your most intuitive promptings, you almost can’t help but achieve success.
