Now, if you have been reading JWB, you must know that it’s impossible to match the coolness of our Dogger-in-chief Poppy.
Sorry folks, but it’s just that everyone can’t attain that level of coolness. But here’s another furry friend who can probably give Poppy some competition over the time.
Presenting, Popeye – not the sailorman but the stray dog from LA who has been garnering rave reviews with his stint as a food blogger.
Sounds a tad bit oxymoronic? It happens that Instagram is flooded with pictures of Popeye sitting in front of mouth-watering delicacies and with each of the photos he is winning over the internet, one netizen at a time.
To say in a nutshell, cuteness just reached another level, courtesy Popeye.
After seeing the photos, it is quite hard to believe that just around two years ago, Popeye was just another stray pug roaming the streets of LA in search of food. It was then that Diep, his owner stumbled upon him in the streets of Los Angeles and fell head over heels in love with him (totally understandable).
It all started when Diep posted a photo of Popeye on Instagram, sitting in front of a platter of food, napkin tied around his neck and everything.
Within minutes, the photo had gone viral, creating new records on the photo sharing website. Soon, she started posting more photos of Popeye and his table manners.
Be it the photo where the little one is seen sitting in front of a deliciously looking pizza or the one where he is seen trying some Indian curry, the photos are incredibly adorable and cute.
And courtesy the innovative ideas of Diep and her friends, Popeye is also seen wearing different outfits in each of these dates.
Currently, Popeye has become an internet sensation in his own right. More spinach to you, Popeye! *Woof Woof*
